Trade Eligibility

To qualify for trade pricing, applicants must provide:

  • Business License
  • Resale Certificate
  • Interior Design, Staging, Builder, Architect, or related industry credentials

Styling Services

Whether you're preparing a home for sale, furnishing a new space, refreshing a room, or styling for a special event, Belle Maison offers personalized styling services to help create polished and beautifully curated interiors.

  • In-person styling consultations are available for clients within a 50-mile radius of our Franklin showroom.
  • Virtual styling consultations are available nationwide.

Rental Program

Select antiques, furniture, lighting, décor, tabletop, accessories, and styling pieces may be available for short-term rentals for photoshoots, events, home staging, editorial projects, content creation, and special occasions.

Rental Policies

  • Rental requests are reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis.
  • Availability is subject to inventory and existing sales commitments.
  • Belle Maison reserves the right to decline rental requests.
  • Standard rental periods and pricing are determined based on the scope of each project.
  • A refundable security deposit may be required depending on the value of the merchandise.
  • Clients are responsible for pickup, transportation, setup, and return unless otherwise arranged.
  • Renters assume responsibility for any loss, theft, breakage, stains, or damage while merchandise is in their possession.
  • Repair or replacement costs will be determined by Belle Maison.
  • Items should be returned in the same condition they were received.
  • Certain antiques, one-of-a-kind pieces, artwork, fragile items, and high-value inventory may not be eligible for rental.
  • Because Belle Maison is an active retail showroom, rental inventory remains available for sale at all times. If a requested rental item sells prior to the rental date, Belle Maison will make every effort to provide a suitable substitute but cannot guarantee availability of specific pieces.
  • Belle Maison is not liable for injury, damage, or loss arising from the use of rented merchandise.
