Shipping Timeframes

  • UPS Ground (Small to Medium Items): Please allow 1โ€“2 weeks for delivery.
  • White Glove Delivery (Large or Oversized Items): Please allow 2โ€“4 weeks for delivery via our trusted third-party carrier, uShip.

White Glove Delivery โ€“ What to Expect

All large or oversized items (including furniture and certain antiques) are shipped using a fully insured white glove service, designed to ensure a safe and seamless experience. This premium service includes:

  • A delivery appointment scheduled at your convenience
  • In-home delivery (items are brought inside your home)
  • All packing materials removed by the delivery team
  • Minimal handling: Your item travels on one dedicated truckโ€”not through standard LTL shipping with multiple handoffs

This elevated shipping method is automatically applied at checkout for oversized items and ensures your heirloom-quality pieces arrive safely.

Art & Framed Work Shipping

All artwork and framed pieces are professionally packed in-house using custom or reinforced materials. Each piece is fully insured and shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise noted. Please allow 1โ€“2 weeks for delivery.
We do not offer free return labels for artwork, so please read descriptions carefully and contact us with any questions prior to purchase.

Shipping Damage

While we take every precaution to ensure items arrive in perfect condition, damages can occasionally occur in transit.

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the damage, packaging, and shipping label (if applicable)
  • Weโ€™ll work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction

Online Returns

  • Items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping. Prepaid labels are not provided.
  • Returned items must be shipped back in the original packaging or packaging of equivalent protection to ensure safe transit.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original tags or accessories (if applicable).

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Furniture and oversized items shipped via uShip or white glove delivery
  • Sale items or items marked โ€œFinal Saleโ€

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can make it right.
