Bonjour, rewards! Belle Maison Rewards is our way of saying merci beaucoup! Every time you shop with us — online or in-store — you earn points that can be redeemed for savings on future purchases. It's simple, rewarding, and très chic.

How to Earn Points

  • Earn 5 points for every $1 spent (subtotal only — before tax, shipping, or discounts).
  • Points are awarded for all purchases, including sale and discounted items.
  • Points are not earned on:
    • Gift card purchases
    • Shipping or taxes
  • If a reward discount is applied to your purchase, you’ll earn points only on the actual amount paid after the reward is deducted.
  • Points are added to your account once your order is fulfilled.

How to Redeem Points

  • Points can be redeemed for the following rewards:
    • 500 points = $5 off
    • 1000 points = $10 off
    • 1500 points = $15 off
    • 2000 points = $20 off (max per purchase)
  • Points can be redeemed online or in-store.
  • Rewards can be used on all products, including sale items (for now — this may change in the future).
  • Rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions (Shopify allows only one discount per order).
  • Only one reward can be redeemed per purchase.
  • Points cannot be used to cover shipping or taxes.

Email Signups vs. Rewards Membership

Our email newsletter and our rewards program are two separate systems — and you’re welcome to join one or both!

  • Email List Signup:
    Signing up for emails via our website popup gets you 10% off your first order and adds you to our newsletter for exclusive offers and inspiration.

  • Rewards Program Signup:
    Creating an account through our Rewards Program allows you to earn and redeem points, and you’ll receive emails only related to your points balance and activity.
Customers who sign up for both enjoy the best of both worlds: a welcome discount + ongoing perks for their loyalty.

Where You Can Use Your Points

Log in and click the Rewards button on our site to view your points balance and redeem.

Additional Terms

  • Points are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred between accounts.
  • Points are not earned on purchases made using store credit or gift cards.
  • However, if a gift card is used to purchase products, the customer will earn points on the qualifying items.
  • If an item is returned, the points earned on that item will be removed from your account.
  • Belle Maison reserves the right to change or cancel the rewards program at any time.
