Our black tapenade is the result of a Provencal recipe based on Tanche variety olives, anchovies and capers. It comes to us from the Vaucluse just above the Mont Ventoux. The real one!
Tanche is the emblematic olive variety of the Pays de Nyons and the Baronnies Provençales. Used as a table olive or tapenade, it gives off aromas of cloves, cherries and prunes, but also chocolate and cocoa.
Food pairings: On toasts, ciappe, bruschetta, with raw vegetables, or with meat.

Ingredients: Tanche black olive flesh 95%, capers 3%, blend of aromatic herbs from Provence guaranteed, anchovy cream 1% (anchovies, salted, olive oil, vinegar, spices).
